Our commercial litigation practice group handles a varied range of commercial cases at all levels of the Malaysian courts, ranging from the conduct of full trials and appeals to obtaining ex-parte interlocutory injunctions pertaining to banking, securities, information technology, intellectual property, employment and construction disputes, amongst others.

The commercial litigation practice group is closely integrated with our other areas of core competency and members of the practice group are often part of the multidisciplinary teams formed to handle work taken on by the firm.
